Job description
Your responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Project Manager within the Real Estate Department, you will manage and coordinate all the real estate projects entrusted to you, from the identification of needs to the final delivery.
You will ensure that deadlines, budgets, quality standards are met and that internal users are satisfied, while actively contributing to the company's real estate strategy.
On a daily basis:
You analyse the needs of users and translate them into concrete solutions for renovation and furnishing projects (headquarters and branches).
You manage calls for tenders, draw up specifications and select service providers.
You coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (architects, design offices, companies, internal departments).
You will follow the projects from A to Z : meetings, progress, compliance, compliance with deadlines and regulatory standards.
You plan and manage moves and relocations, minimizing the impact on teams and business.
You will contribute to the acquisitions and disposals of assets, in collaboration with legal and financial partners, until closing.
You will draw up and monitor budgets and forecasts, anticipate risks and propose corrective actions.
You will ensure structured reporting, prepare files for decision-making bodies and ensure compliance with investment procedures.
Profile
Your strengths:
Your profile as a Real Estate Project Manager:
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate project management (renovation, office fitting).
You know how to manage projects from A to Z, coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex environments.
You master calls for tenders, execution monitoring and management of service providers.
You are strong in budget management, cost control, reporting and risk management.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a real sense of user service.
You are rigorous, structured and able to prioritize in a multi-criteria context.
You combine analytical skills, autonomy and solution-orientation.
You have a Master's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Project Management (MS Project proficiency is an asset).
