Job description
Within our organization, the Human Resources Department aims to contribute to the sustainability of the company by developing a human resources policy for all Smart employees, without discrimination as to the duration of their employment contracts. Its mission is therefore to ensure that human resources services and actions comply with legal requirements, are consistent with the values of the cooperative while developing and mastering processes adapted to its current and future needs.
It is in this context that we are currently looking for our new Level 1 Prevention Advisor to join our HR department and the internal service for prevention and protection at work (SIPP).
Under the responsibility of the Director of Human Resources, your main missions will be to:
Advise the CEO, the managing director and the members of the cooperative's hierarchical line in the development, programming, implementation and evaluation of the risk management policy for all our employer entities in Belgium;
In relation to risk analysis :
participate in the identification of hazards;
to give an opinion on the results of the risk analysis arising from the definition and determination of risks and to propose measures to have a permanent risk analysis;
give an opinion and make proposals on the drafting, implementation and adaptation of the global prevention plan and the annual action plan ;
Participate in the study of the factors that influence the occurrence of accidents or incidents and in the study of the determining causes of any accident resulting in incapacity for work;
Participate in the analysis of the causes of occupational diseases ;
Participate in the analysis of the causes of psychosocial risks at work;
Participate in the CPPW secretariat;
To carry out all other tasks that are imposed by law and code.
Profile
You have a Level 1 Prevention Advisor certification;
You have proven experience in a similar position;
You have an excellent knowledge and practice of the legislation on well-being at work;
You master interview techniques, particularly by telephone, in order to quickly and accurately evaluate employees' testimonies (accident, illness, etc.)
You have real writing skills (opinions, information notes, official letters, etc.);
You are comfortable with IT tools and Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.);
Ideally, you are familiar with the principles of the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) and the cooperative model, as well as their specificities in terms of governance, organisation and operation;
Mastery of Dutch is a plus;
Your personal qualities: sense of discretion and confidentiality; ability to report; sense of teamwork in a multidisciplinary context; interpersonal skills and assertiveness; strength of proposal and conviction; toughness and responsiveness; initiative and sense of priorities.
