Job description
The mission of the Operational Management (DOP) teams is to support members in the use of Smart tools and services as well as in the secure management and economic and entrepreneurial development of their activities.
Locally, the teams also work to make the cooperative visible and accessible through territorial development actions and the animation of our cooperative life.
To support the activity in Charleroi, the DOP is looking for a motivated Counsellor.
Job description
Under the responsibility of the operational director, you will join the Charleroi office and will benefit from training in the cooperative's internal processes and tools as soon as you arrive.
With the support of a resource team and a network of experts, your main missions will be to:
Welcoming the public (appointments, spontaneous visits, email, telephone) and leading information meetings;
Ensure the follow-up and management of members' activities in conjunction with administrations and partners: preparation and follow-up of contractual, administrative and social documents relating to the support and salaried status of project leaders;
To support and advise members in the development of their activity(ies): co-diagnosis of projects on the regulatory, insurance and administrative levels via individual meetings and group workshops;
Animate the community of members and in particular their participation in the Smart cooperative project;
Maintain and develop collaborations with partners in the region: actors in the social and solidarity economy, the creation of activities, employment.
Profile
You are comfortable and have at least 8 years' experience in an administrative function and the management of contractual, administrative and social files related to integration, professional training, support for project leaders,...;
You have a good knowledge of employment law;
You have regular use of computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Office 365 applications;
You have knowledge of economics and management: definition of a budget, analysis of the economic and financial stakes of a professional project;
A first experience in supporting professional projects and/or project leaders (ideally in business creation) is a serious asset;
Knowledge of English (B2 level) is an asset ;
Experience in the field of the social and solidarity economy is an asset;
Your personal qualities: good analytical and rigorous skills, sense of contact, listening and reformulation; assertiveness; good organization and method; team spirit while demonstrating operational autonomy; taking initiative; resistance to stress and openness to change; sense of pedagogy.

Conduct of interviews
First, psychotechnical tests.
Secondly, an interview with HR followed by a second interview with the manager.
