  • Rapid independent learning, intellectual curiosity, active monitoring.

  • Reliability and sense of responsibility : respect for commitments, rigorous monitoring, results-oriented.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills (diagnosis, hypotheses, action research dynamics...) and adaptation to changing contexts.

  • Team spirit and interpersonal skills (empathy, facilitation, diplomacy, assertiveness).

  • A plus: knowledge of the education system, vocational training and the economic fabric in Wallonia and Brussels, as well as an interest in current political events, in particular on issues related to education.

What will make the difference: a resourceful, autonomous, responsible and reliable person, who learns quickly, structures his actions, keeps his commitments and communicates clearly.

Why apply?

  • The opportunity to develop and enhance your skills in the service of a major societal issue : social cohesion and the professional integration of young people in Wallonia and Brussels.

  • An impactful role within a recognized public utility foundation, at the heart of a diversified ecosystem (schools, companies, training operators, institutions), conducive to the development of your professional network.

  • Varied and formative missions, latitude of action, a caring, flexible and autonomous environment.

  • Teleworking possible minimum 2 days/week, with team presence at least 2 days/week.
