Administrative Clerk
Job description
As an administrative employee for TTR Energy, you will be in charge of the administrative follow-up of the company and its subsidiaries. You will be an indispensable support for the various departments (accounting, legal and financial) and will perform various tasks.
The position of administrative employee is based in Brussels (Uccle Calevoet), where you will be part of a dynamic Admin & Finance team, of which you will be an essential part. The varied missions will lead you to be in contact with the different departments for their administrative management. You will also be the point of contact for the management of the office and its proper organization.
Administrative management
Tracking and dispatching of incoming mail
Signature Tracking
Preparing and sending outgoing mail
Document classification and encoding
Draw up summary tables
Administrative support to the various departments (accounting, legal, financial,..)
Office management
Logistics orders
Travel planning and booking
General administrative management of a team of 15 people in Brussels
Event and website management
Profile
Proactivity, organizational skills and rigor
Ability to work independently and autonomously
In-depth knowledge of French (mother tongue) and excellent command of English (C1)
Knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
2 years' experience is a plus
