Job description
Fost Plus strengthens its team with a relationship builder for the Flemish Intermunicipal Companies. As a born networker, you make the connection between Fost Plus' communication strategy and the (communication) needs in the field. You bring people and projects together with a clear goal: to improve (sorting) behaviour among the individual citizen. To this end, you will support the communication services of the local authorities with their marketing materials and bring overarching campaigns to the local level.
You will be part of the Go to Market & Activation team, together with a second colleague for the Flemish Intermunicipal Corporations and a French-speaking counterpart. You will work closely with the Branding & Campaigns team and report to the Corporate Affairs & Reputation manager, within the Marketing Communications department.
Your responsibilities:
You are responsible for the project management of the local communication of about 10 Flemish waste intermunicipal companies
Together with them, you draw up an annual plan and follow it up both administratively and in the field
Their budget is your obsession: your administration is in perfect order. You analyze meticulously so that you can intervene quickly or spot opportunities
You contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, especially with a view to local translation within a clear framework of agreements
You keep your finger on the pulse of what is going on at the local level
Profile
You have a higher education degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing position.
Your mother tongue is Dutch, but you can (easily) make your plan in French.
You are empathetic and social, and make contacts quickly
You are accurate with an eye for detail
Administration and budget follow-up do not scare you
You can switch quickly in a changing context
You have a feel for social themes such as waste management and recycling, and know what concerns citizens
