Social Worker - Single Parent Family Project
Job description
As a Social Worker in the Care & Social Department (DC&S), you will participate in the implementation of a system of help and support for the accompaniment of single-parent families.
👉 On a daily basis :
You have the ability to articulate individual, collective and community social work, by welcoming, listening, informing, guiding and supporting users, while demonstrating experience or a strong interest in the development and animation of collective actions.
You map the actors and resources of the territory related to single parenthood.
You identify the needs of single-parent families and propose appropriate responses.
You will strengthen, structure and maintain a network of local partners.
You will act as a relay and coordinate with social services and institutions.
You will work independently within a multidisciplinary team, with rigor, organization and ethical sense.
Profile
Mandatory criteria:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Social Worker.
You have your car and a B driving licence.
You are available immediately for a start date in January 2026. 📆
Your profile as a Social Worker:
You have in-depth knowledge of the legislation, regulations and legal aspects related to this field of activity.
You have excellent listening and communication skills (active listening, assertiveness, empathy, etc.).
You have good organizational and time management skills.
You are flexible and available (travel and working hours).
You are psychologically and physically resistant to stress.
You are a team player while working independently.
Experience in a mutual fund is a major asset.
You are proficient in basic computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
