Job description
Your responsibilities
On a daily basis:
You will manage the Business Unit in collaboration with the Business Unit Manager : plan, distribute and monitor activities; Implement and develop procedures and possible indicators to achieve the SLAs and objectives from the strategic plan while fulfilling the obligations imposed by the authorities.
You coordinate activities requiring inter-Business Unit collaboration: solicit the expertise of external stakeholders when necessary and facilitate exchanges between the various stakeholders.
You bring the team together : stimulate collaboration, continuous learning and individual development.
You represent the Mutualités Libres in external bodies : defend the Union's positions and guarantee consistency with the internal strategy. Ensure the operational implementation of the decisions validated within these bodies.
You will ensure regulatory monitoring and the dissemination of information : ensure a good understanding of the regulations and operational aspects within the company.
You are the referent of the "nomenclature" product within the company: ensuring that our database linked to the Healthcare nomenclature, which is the basis of all healthcare reimbursement, complies with regulatory requirements. This will allow us, among other things, to fight against fraud.
Profile
Your strengths:
Your profile as a Healthcare Business Unit Deputy:
You have experience in people management and ideally have experience in the healthcare environment.
You are organized and solution-oriented.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills, analysis and synthesis.
You have at least a university level (or equivalent by experience).
You have experience in people management.
Knowledge of the sector is of course an asset.
You have a mastery of IT tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.).
You have a perfect command of Dutch and a good knowledge of French.
