Business Architect

Your responsibilities:

As a Business Architect, you define, structure and optimize the Business Architecture to ensure a clear and sustainable alignment between Partenamut's strategy, operational objectives and business capabilities. In close collaboration with the Enterprise Architect, you ensure cross-functional consistency with all architectural layers to sustainably support current and future transformations.

On a daily basis:

• You define and evolve the business architecture to ensure its alignment with the company's strategic and operational priorities.

• You structure and maintain the capability map in order to offer a single repository supporting decision-making and value creation.

• You will develop, optimize and maintain the process inventory to identify interdependencies, opportunities for improvement and operational risks.

• You build and evolve the Target Operating Model to guide the organization's transformation towards business ambitions.

• You define the business objects and the functional information model to ensure a common language and semantic consistency throughout the company.

• You assess, prioritize and challenge key transformations with stakeholders to ensure their relevance, business value and alignment with the target strategy and capabilities.

• You collaborate with the Enterprise Architect and IT Architects to ensure overall consistency across business architecture, data, applications, and technologies.

• You will lead co-construction workshops in order to validate business models, trade-offs and trajectories with stakeholders.

Your strengths:

Your profile as a Business Architect:

• You have a Master's degree (or equivalent experience), consolidated by at least 10 years in a similar role.

• You are proficient in transformation environments and have already structured organizations in full evolution.

• You bring a strong business vision, capable of articulating strategy, operations and architecture.

• You excel in structuring, analyzing and taking a step back, with a natural ability to quickly understand the issues.

• You influence, frame and arbitrate, thanks to a recognized credibility and a mature posture.

• You collaborate at the cross-functional level, in direct contact with managers, experts and business teams.

• You are a clear communicator and pedagogue, capable of spreading a culture of architecture that is still emerging.

• You combine rigor and discipline, guaranteeing consistency, standards and traceability in all initiatives.

• You are focused on impact and continuous improvement, by constructively challenging the existing.
