Job description

As a Team Manager, you will organise and manage the work of a team of 5 to 10 employees, ensuring that the department's objectives are achieved and that the Manager's directives are respected. With your strong expertise in business analysis, you identify business needs, analyze existing processes, and propose concrete improvements to optimize team efficiency. You guide your employees in understanding and applying these changes, helping them to translate business issues into operational actions. You fully mobilize your managerial skills to support, motivate and coach your team, while leading structured meetings and results-oriented performance dialogues.

👉 On a daily basis:

  • You will manage your team's performance by defining and monitoring key indicators, and you will identify opportunities for improvement by keeping the customer at the center of your decisions.

  • You develop the skills of your employees through support and coaching adapted to the needs and adaptability of each one.

  • You unite your team by giving meaning to messages, ensuring the dissemination of strategic information and guaranteeing the feedback of information from the field.

  • You ensure continuous improvement by identifying concrete actions to guarantee quality, and by implementing control tools to adjust practices if necessary.

  • You manage your team and ensure its smooth functioning by applying work methodologies (SIPOC, BPMN, etc.) and by planning human, technical and financial resources.

  • You will participate in the implementation of the strategy with your Manager and implement the strategic objectives within your team.

  • You master your field by following methodological, technological and technical developments, by analyzing their impact on your team, and by participating in complex or sensitive operational activities.

  • You integrate the transversality by taking into account the needs of other actors and by controlling the flows and governance of the organization and its environment.

Profile

🔍 Mandatory criteria: 

  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Team Manager : you have managed and supported employees, organised work and ensured the achievement of the department's objectives, while promoting the cohesion and skills development of your team.

  • You have at least 5 years' experience in Business Analysis : you master analysis methodologies and tools, identify business needs and propose concrete improvements to optimize processes and overall performance.

Your profile:

  • You are performance and results oriented : you monitor and analyze key indicators to manage your team and identify areas for improvement, with the customer at the center of your decisions.

  • You are a leader and coach : you develop the skills of your employees through coaching and support, taking into account the needs and abilities of each one.

  • You federate and communicate : you transmit meaning and strategic information and guarantee the feedback of information from the field.

  • You are organised, methodical and strategic : you master working methodologies (SIPOC, BPMN, etc.), plan human, technical and financial resources, and actively participate in the implementation of the strategy.

  • You are focused on continuous improvement : your global vision ("helicopter view") pushes you to question processes and identify concrete actions to optimize quality and efficiency.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills : you know how to federate, motivate and reassure your employees, and you enjoy meeting the strategic challenges of tomorrow's mutuality.

  • You are transversal and adaptive : you integrate the needs of other actors, understand the flows and governance of the organization, and you adapt to a constantly changing environment.

  • You are innovation and solutions oriented : you propose new ideas and adjust practices to improve processes and the customer experience.
