
Legal Advisor
Job description
As an employee of the Member Defence and Complaints departments, you will support, advise and look after the interests of clients who have a dispute with an establishment, a healthcare provider or the health insurance fund in financial matters or in the context of medical damage.
👉 On a daily basis:
You will analyse customer requests in order to establish possible liabilities and damages on the part of the various parties.
You will offer customers courses of action for the problems encountered.
You act as an intermediary between clients and third parties in order to participate in the implementation of these courses of action.
You guide clients in their administrative and/or legal procedures. 🤝
You will be required to analyse and summarise the law, regulations and internal procedures in order to provide a simplified response to customers.
You proactively propose continuous improvements in the processes of your department, department and other departments of the mutual insurance fund, in order to optimize the quality and performance of these processes, as well as to support and improve the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
You share your knowledge and proactively support the employees with whom you interact, within and outside your department.
Profile
You have a bachelor's degree in law or equivalent professional experience of at least 3 years. 🎓
You are fluent in French and can communicate easily in writing in Dutch.
You are diplomatic and ethical in your work. 💙
You are rigorous and have a spirit of synthesis and analysis.
You communicate easily and are structured.
You are dynamic, stress-resistant, flexible and autonomous.
You show initiative and insight.
You can easily handle Microsoft IT tools. 💻
