Mechanic / Bicycle salesman polyvalent (M/F) Saint-Gilles

As a versatile mechanic / salesperson, you will be at the heart of our activities:

• Mechanics & workshop :

  • Carry out maintenance and repairs on bicycles (classic, electric, cargo, etc.)

  • Diagnosing breakdowns and proposing appropriate solutions

  • Ensure the final assembly and quality control of new bikes

• Customer Sales & Consulting :

  • Welcoming and advising our customers on our ranges of bikes and accessories

  • Participate in sales and customer loyalty

  • Educate customers on maintenance and best practices for their bike

• Versatility & logistics :

  • Participate in the reception and preparation of orders

  • Keeping the shop floor and store organized and secure

• Passionate about cycling and curious about new technologies (electric bikes, cargo bikes, etc.)

• Experience in bicycle mechanics desired (minimum 1 year)

• Taste for customer contact and advice

• Rigorous, autonomous and versatile

• Ability to work in a team environment

Additional advantages:

• Knowledge of bicycle electrical systems (Bafang, Bosch, Shimano...)

• Experience in sales or customer service

• Sensitivity for sustainable mobility and urban cycling
