Expedition Manager

Wildhartt has more than 100 outdoor guides across Europe.

By joining the team, you will help build the largest community of committed guides in Europe and bring guided expeditions to life in the heart of the wilderness, while helping to protect these precious places.

💻✨ Responsibilities:

Pre-booking support

• Answer questions before booking.

• Convert requests into bookings.

Shipment management and coordination

• Creation of new innovative expeditions.

• Manage operational follow-up: reservations, logistics, coordination of actors.

• Be the point of contact for the guides before and during departures.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and sustainability standards.

• Dealing with the unexpected calmly and efficiently.

Customer Experience

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Manage disputes and unforeseen events: cancellations, postponements.

• Ensure satisfaction follow-up after each stay.

• Feedback from customers to the product and shipping team.

Optimization & performance

• Monitor the commercial performance of shipments and identify areas for improvement.

• Work in conjunction with the marketing team to promote new stays.

• You are organized, able to manage several requests in parallel, including during rush periods.

• You know how to stay calm and find solutions.

• You are proactive and not afraid to take initiative.

• You are autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented.

• You are passionate about adventure sports and nature.

• You write very well in French and communicate clearly orally.

• You are comfortable with digital tools and online environments.

• English minimum B2, Dutch is a plus.

• Step 1: First 45min interview with one of the co-founders in the office (Auderghem)

• Step 2: Second interview (practical case) of 1 hour with one of the co-founders in the office (Auderghem)

• Step 3: Meeting and discussion (goals & aspirations) with an administrator (45min) (online)

• Step 4: Come and discover the atmosphere in the office and our way of working! (1 day) 🚀
