Your mission:

As a production operator, you will participate in various activities, either in our workshops or directly at our customers' sites:

• Product assembly and packaging

• Light handling

• Compliance with work and safety instructions

• Organization and cleanliness of your workstation

• You are resourceful and motivated

• You can work standing up

• You are able to carry loads up to 5 kg

• You can move around easily (workshop and/or missions to customers)

• You like teamwork

• You are in possession of a hiring permit issued by the PHARE Service to people with disabilities

2. Discussion with the candidate during an interview: discussion of motivation, abilities (standing work, carrying loads, mobility) and possible experiences
