Job description

As a Talent Management Advisor, you are part of the Talent Management Center of Excellence, a supportive and enthusiastic team of expertise composed of a team leader and two Talent Management Advisors, responsible for: 

  • Thedevelopment of cross-functional policies and processes related to talent management in the broadest sense in the following HR areas: skills, performance, internal talent management and succession planning, departure management, absenteeism, management of the last third of the career, etc.

  • The proper execution of processes (whether by the team or other colleagues), their monitoring and continuous improvement.

  • To provide, in its field of expertise, advice, services and solutions adapted to the needs and challenges of the business.

On a daily basis :

  • You are responsible for certain end-to-end internal talent management processes such as: departure and retention management, absenteeism, support for the last third of the career,...  

  • You will set up new initiatives or processes (in project mode) and ensure their implementation both in the change and communication part and from an operational point of view: formalize processes and supports, ensure integration into our HR tools, etc.  

  • You ensure compliance of the application, the monitoring of the available data and the critical analysis of the information.

  • You generate continuous improvement: organization of feedback with stakeholders, strength of proposal to improve and initiate changes,...

  • You bring your expertise in Talent Management by advising HR Partners and the business on the processes for which you are responsible and by actively participating in cross-functional HR working groups in which you represent the team. 

  • You will participate in the implementation of the company's strategy into HR policies and in projects related to performance management and feedback, skills, talent management, etc.

  • Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth running of the performance cycle in collaboration with the HRBP and the management (planning and organising the key stages of the cycle, writing and making available documentation for the various target audiences, creating and managing evaluation forms, training and advising the HRBP on the conduct of reviews, consolidate results and produce reports, etc.).

  • You manage, together with the other team members, the team's mailbox : empathetic consideration and proactive response to requests from our colleagues and internal customers.

  • You will monitor changes in your areas of responsibility for HR trends in the broadest sense, relying in particular on your network (digitalisation, external best practices and market trends).


  • You have at least 5 years ' professional experience in human resources (consultant, generalist and/or soft party).

  • You have excellent knowledge in the field of talent management (performance, competence, talent management). 

  • Your global vision (helicopter view) ensures you an excellent ability to analyze data/information in order to generate continuous improvement.

  • You like to make data speak for itself and have a perfect command of Excel.

  • You grasp conceptual concepts with ease. 

  • You are curious about the practices of other companies and you are happy to be inspired by them for your reflections.

  • Your proactivity and pragmatism allow you to formulate proposals in line with the needs of our internal customers.

  • Your clear and dynamic communication as well as your ability to give and receive feedback make you a positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
