Intern - Talent Management & Talent Development (min. 3 months)

Job description

As part of Partenamut's strategy, "talent management" is an important focus. The Talent Management and Talent Development Centres of Excellence are dedicated to retention, performance and skills development policies. Your responsibilities will be to assist the Talent Management and Talent Development Centers of Excellence on the various ongoing projects. 

On a day-to-day basis :

  • You will participate in the implementation of the company's performance cycle: updating documents, weekly alignment, data analysis.

  • You will help test the new Learning Management System tool : analysis of problems, feedback of information, proposal of solutions.

  • You will support both teams on operational missions : logistical organization of training, updating of materials and documents, consolidation of information, data analysis.

  • You actively participate in the life of the team : participation in alignments, team meetings, etc. 

Profile

  • You are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management (or Management or Economic Sciences).

  • You are curious and a team player.

  • You have an analytical mind.

  • You have good interpersonal skills.

  • You have an active listening ability.

  • You are organized, autonomous, rigorous and creative.

  • You stay focused on achieving results and you are solution-oriented.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). 

  • You respect and guarantee the confidentiality of the data you process.
