Job description

As a Change & Transformation Officer in our ATO (Agile Transformation Office) department, on a daily basis: 

  • You design, facilitate and lead Partenamut's cultural and organizational changes to support the company in its transformation and the realization of its strategy.

  • You understand the challenges of the organization, identify the needs and propose improvements to enable it to achieve its transformation strategy. 

  • You establish a partnership of trust with the teams, support them and advise them in change management. 

  • You diagnose projects impacting the organization, develop change management strategies and implement concrete action plans. 

  • You measure change indicators , evaluate the effectiveness of the change management process, and prevent change saturation.

  • You will participate in the development of the organization's ability to change and integrate this ability as a key element of its culture.

  • You support agile transformation by developing a change management plan and providing support to teams to apply agile practices effectively.

  • You will monitor and identify the innovative practices and tools to be used in order to remain relevant, innovative, efficient and consistent with Partenamut's vision and strategy and its transformation.

Profile

  • You have a Master's degree or you have valuable experience in a similar position. 

  • You have between 5 and 7 years of experience in change management and coaching

  • You have excellent communication skills.

  • You know how to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

  • You work easily in a changing environment.

  • You have experience in project management in an agile environment.

  • Experience in ADKAR/Prosci methodology is an asset.

  • Knowledge of Jira and English is a plus.
