The Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team is a Brussels-based team within the KYC&FC (Know Your Customer & Financial Crime) department that is part of the bank's first line of defence when it comes to compliance.

As a Senior Analyst with a fixed-term contract, you will be responsible for overseeing the following tasks:

You study the structure of the client's business, the activities, the reasons why a client banks with us and the (international) flow of money to the account.
You may need to ask the customer for information to get a complete picture of them and complete your search. For us, this is preferably done by telephone.
At the end of the investigation, you give an opinion on the integrity and risk profile of the client.

Profile

You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English and French.
You preferably have a bachelor's or master's degree in e.g. management, economics, criminology, law,...
Experience (min 5 years) in KYC, CDD & AML.
You are customer-oriented, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
You have great analytical skills, you work with precision and you have excellent execution skills.
You dare to formulate opinions and you are able to support them.
