Job description
At Coopeos, you will be responsible for the installation of wood boiler rooms at our customers' sites. Your role within the company will be to:
Take charge of the project as a whole, from civil engineering to the regulation of collectors and from the launch of the project to acceptance
Acting as an intermediary with the client: you listen to their needs, provide appropriate solutions, organise site progress meetings, etc.
Establish the choices for the different techniques implemented in the project, to carry out the design and sizing of certain components
Manage the project budget: You plan and purchase the major components of the system
Plan the interventions of the Coopeos teams and subcontractors
Coordinate the various stakeholders: design office, earthworks, minor civil engineering, masonry, handling, etc.
Define the specifications, select the subcontractors, plan their intervention and be their interlocutor
You participate in the on-call role (24/7, distributed among all members of the technical team)
Profile
You have an engineering degree in electromechanics or have developed equivalent experience
You demonstrate great versatility in technical fields and have or are ready to acquire skills in HVAC, hydraulics, boilers, combustion, regulation, PID reading, dimensioning and component selection
You have a general knowledge of PLCs and control principles
You have conclusive experience in project management and you are comfortable following budgets and schedules
You are proficient in common office tools (Excel, Word,...). Knowledge of MS-project, Autocad, Fusion and Visio is an asset
Safety on construction sites is a daily focus for you
You are a good listener and analytical mind to detect and understand customer needs
You have an interest in the cooperative spirit and environmental and energy issues
