Job description
You will be part of the international Process Management & Continuous Improvement team, which consists about 15 people and report into the Head of Process Management & Continuous Improvement.
Understand and document processes to make them available to the entire organisation. Ensure that process maps are in line with a set of guidelines and standards.
Analyse business processes, procedures, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop methods and processes to address them. Drive improvement where possible.
Collate and analyse data on the processes using different tools, methods, and formats.
Resolve queries from internal by providing information on complex processes and the related policies. Advise managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
Support the maintenance and implementation of the Process Management Framework.
Develop and deliver process management training sessions.
Profile
You can easily switch from the bigger picture to detailed topics. You are a good communicator and can work together with a variety of people. You are result driven and able to create momentum as well as work effectively in an international setting.
Strong connection with the values and mission of Triodos Bank
A minimum of 5 years working experience in Process management and/or Continuous Improvement.
Practical knowledge of tools and methodologies such as Lean, BPMN and/or Agile
A completed higher/academic education (or demonstrable working and thinking level).
Knowledgeable regarding process management tooling and internal control systems.
A good command of Dutch, French and English
