Today, we are looking for a Senior CDD Analyst (M/F/X) to join our Brussels team (min. 1 year fixed-term contract - not freelance). The Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team, within the KYC&FC department, plays a key role in the bank's first line of defense when it comes to compliance.

👉 How will you make a difference

As a Senior CDD Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the following tasks:

KYC – Comprehensive Customer Analysis

• Identity verification, business understanding and risk assessment.

• Analysis of the structure, the business model and the banking needs.

• Check the consistency and completeness of KYC documents.

KYT – Transaction Analysis

• Examination of flows over a given period: volumes, counterparties, geographies, frequency.

• Identification of patterns, anomalies and atypical behaviors.

• Checking the consistency between the observed transactions, the KYC profile and the expected activity.

Customer Contact

• Collection of additional information, mainly in writing

• Clarification of operations and understanding of the economic rationale.

Final Notice

• Drafting of a clear and reasoned risk opinion.

• Decision-making on the client's integrity and risk profile or escalation if necessary.

Teamwork

• Perform four-eye control of colleagues' files

• Collaboration with the KYC, Compliance and sales teams.

• Contribution to process improvements and device quality.

What you bring

To succeed in this position:

• You are fluent in Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of the second national language and English.

• You preferably have a bachelor's or master's degree in e.g. management, economics, criminology, law,...

• Experience (min 4 years) in KYC, CDD & AML.

• You demonstrate excellent analytical skills and rigor in documentation.

• You can work independently with the ability to decide and argue your conclusions

• You adhere to the principles of integrity, sustainability, inclusion and social responsibility.
