Job description
🔥 Your missions
You'll be at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll lead our sales team, structure scalable systems, and manage high-value customer relationships. Working cross-functionally and reporting to the management team, your responsibilities will include:
Contribute to define, lead and execute Tapio's business strategy, in line with our growth objectives;
Lead, mentor and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration;
Identify priority segments and growth levers in collaboration with the marketing and product teams;
Implement and optimize processes, guides and KPIs to structure and develop our business approach;
Actively participate in strategic negotiations and the conclusion of contracts with key accounts and partners;
Collaborate with the CEO and management team to define forecasting, pricing and go-to-market strategy;
Contribute to our international expansion strategy by identifying new markets and distribution channels;
Represent Tapio within the climate transition ecosystem, at events, conferences and strategic meetings.
Profile
🎯 Your profile
We are looking for a proactive leader with an analytical mind and a focus on human relations.
You have at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, including significant team management experience (sales manager, sales manager or equivalent);
You have experience in developing B2B SaaS sales teams;
You are proficient in complex sales cycles in the SaaS field or other high value-added environments (consulting, sustainable development, technology);
You combine strategic vision and practical execution: you like to build as much as you do;
You have already implemented scalable sales processes and contributed to the growth of a team during an expansion phase;
You are an inspiring leader who knows how to unite, coach and energize a team;
You're comfortable with data and performance: pipeline, forecasting, conversion, churn — you know how to drive from numbers;
You are fluent in French, English and Dutch.
