Impact Business Developer
Job description
To strengthen our commercial presence and make our circular approach known to new companies, we are looking for a dynamic, bilingual FR/NL Business Developer , passionate about human contact and the development of opportunities, also interested in taking an active part in the development of the company.
Your role
In direct contact with the co-founders, you will play a key role in the growth of REGGLO.
Curious, proactive and results-oriented, you help spread the word about our circular approach and open up new business opportunities.
Your main missions
Identify and prospect new commercial targets: companies, contractors, interior designers, developers, design offices, etc.
To get in touch with the right contacts and present to them the approach, the achievements and the possibilities offered by REGGLO.
Represent REGGLO at trade fairs, events and professional meetings to increase brand visibility.
Collaborate closely with the design team, which takes over for the design of projects and the realization of price offers.
Be a source of proposals for the development of tools and commercial actions: communication media, e-marketing, campaigns, events, etc.
Actively contribute to structuring the commercial approach (tools, methods, CRM, monitoring of actions), by being a force of proposal for the solutions to be adopted.
Profile
Your profile
You have a strong interest in impact projects and sustainable development.
You have a first successful experience in business development (minimum 3 years).
You like to prospect, create contact, present and convince.
Experience in the construction, architecture or interior design sector is a real asset.
You are autonomous, self-starter and enjoy working in a small team where everyone actively contributes to the collective success.
You are bilingual French/Dutch 📣

During the interviews, with the idea of a partly autonomous position to be built together, candidates will be asked to present their vision of the position within REGGLO, as well as the effective solutions they would imagine to bring contacts and concrete business projects to REGGLO.
We are looking for a motivated employee but also additional skills in the field we are looking for!
In a 2nd phase, the collaboration formula will also be discussed: type of contract, remuneration (permanent contract/freelancer, possible variable bonus, evolution in the company, etc.). At this stage, no formula is preferred except the one that suits everyone.
