Today, we are looking for a Relationship Manager (M/F/X) to manage our portfolio of mortgage clients.

👉 How will you make a difference

You are responsible for a portfolio of individual customers, who have chosen Triodos for their mortgage loan.

  • You detect business opportunities for savings and investments in the portfolio of customers who have a mortgage with Triodos, and turn them into sales. In this way, you contribute to the further expansion of Triodos Bank in the Belgian market.

  • You maintain a good relationship with customers who have a mortgage with Triodos, understand their specific needs and advise them when they apply for a change to their current loan, thanks to your mortgage expertise and holistic approach. You then submit these requests to the competent authorities.

  • You will regularly analyse the mortgage portfolio and the mortgage market, identify possible risks and, if necessary, implement remediation plans (revision of the "Sector Risk Analysis").

  • You are also responsible for serving a selection of clients, often the most complex cases (late repayment, forbearance, default), to ask them to regularize their situation and, if necessary, to set up a recovery strategy, in consultation with the back-office activity provider.

  • You manage relationships with internal stakeholders, in particular with the Product and Process management and Marketing departments, to support your efforts to sell savings and investment products.

  • You will manage relations with internal ( mainly Credit Risk and Internal Audit) and external (auditor and regulators) control bodies.

Profile

To succeed in this position:

  • You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of the other national language and English.

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree

  • Experience (min 3 years) in Relationship management, preferably in the field of mortgage loans.

  • You are customer-oriented, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.

  • You have a great analytical capacity, you work with precision and you have excellent execution skills.

  • You dare to formulate opinions and you are able to support them.

  • You adhere to Triodos Bank's values and mission.
