Your mission

As a Supplier/Buyer, you are the guarantor of the cooperative's good supply: from raw materials to finished products, including packaging and the tools/work services necessary for our teams.

You ensure the availability, quality and consistency of our supplies with Ethiquable's values and the needs of our customers.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure the purchase of raw materials, finished products, packaging and necessary materials/services.

• Maintain a relationship of trust with partners and suppliers, in Belgium and elsewhere.

• Guarantee the presence of products in the warehouse for a smooth supply to customers, in quantity and quality.

• Work closely with the finance, sales, logistics and R&D departments.

• Analyze needs, track orders, manage stocks and merchandise.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and reporting.

• Effectively use ERP for day-to-day management and traceability.

What is expected of you

• A spirit of analysis and rigor, combined with good communication and natural proactivity .

• A solid battery life , a real sense of listening, and the ability to keep calm even in rush periods.

• The desire to build lasting relationships and to constantly improve collaboration between departments and partners.

• Proven skills in inventory management, ERP, communication and supplier monitoring. Minimum 2 years of experience.

• A good understanding of quality and customs standards.

• Adaptability to a changing environment, focused on social and environmental impact.

• Knowledge of Dutch, English and the food sector is a plus.
