Job description

As a Project Manager, you are part of the Project Management team within the Product – and Process Management department. You are responsible for various projects and initiatives, ranging from the launch of a new product or service to the implementation of new regulations or the deployment of a new system. You will work on both local projects and group initiatives, and you will work as part of an international team of project managers and will therefore be in close contact with the different facets of the Bank.

Your tasks

You manage projects from A to Z:

  • Set up the organization of projects;

  • Define the scope, objectives, resources and expected results of the project;

  • Coordinate the project team;

  • Monitor project milestones from inception to completion (including monitoring of ICT developments, as appropriate);

  • Track outlook, time, budget, quality, risks, and benefits;

  • Establish links with stakeholders;

  • Ensure change management and change execution management;

  • Reporting and communicating;

  • Evaluate project results and lessons learned;

  • You will take on the role of Business Change Owner for a domain (these are temporary organisations of international multidisciplinary teams within the Triodos Group, based on Agile principles);

  • Represent Triodos Bank Belgium in the field;

  • Develop value analyses in consultation with local stakeholders, other Business Units, in line with the domain's strategy;

  • Coordinate contributions under the Domain Teams, participate in Scrum rituals, monitor developments;

  • Establish links with the Domain Lead, Domain Teams, Domain Representative and local stakeholders;

  • Coordinate the deployment of initiatives at the local level (approach, planning, resources, training, documentation, etc.);

  • Follow up on benefits achieved and set up feedback sessions;

  • You advise on everything related to change management;

  • Help the Business team translate ideas into a project or initiative in the field;

  • Advise colleagues to cope with change;

  • Contribute to compliance with and improvement of change policies and procedures.


  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position. Experience in the financial sector is an asset.

  • You have excellent knowledge of Dutch or French, ideally master the second national language and have a good knowledge of English.

  • You are practical and results-oriented, stress-resistant and able to set the right priorities.

  • You are able to bring teams together and get the most out of them.
