Job description

We are looking for organized and proactive administrative support to support the smooth running of the company's day-to-day operations. This person will play a key role in administrative coordination, monitoring internal processes and supporting the various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities

  • Follow up on internal documents, contracts and procedures

  • Support the organization of internal meetings, events and projects

  • Manage and improve administrative processes

  • Ensure communication and coordination between teams

  • Track certain budgets, invoices, and administrative expenses

  • Keeping internal tools and databases up to date

  • Provide operational support to the teams as needed

Profile

  • Experience in an administrative, operational or coordination role

  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Good communication skills

  • Mastery of office automation and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.)

  • Attention to detail and a sense of confidentiality

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a startup or dynamic environment

  • Experience in project management or process improvement
