Administrative support
Job description
We are looking for organized and proactive administrative support to support the smooth running of the company's day-to-day operations. This person will play a key role in administrative coordination, monitoring internal processes and supporting the various teams.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Follow up on internal documents, contracts and procedures
Support the organization of internal meetings, events and projects
Manage and improve administrative processes
Ensure communication and coordination between teams
Track certain budgets, invoices, and administrative expenses
Keeping internal tools and databases up to date
Provide operational support to the teams as needed
Profile
Experience in an administrative, operational or coordination role
Excellent organizational and priority management skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Good communication skills
Mastery of office automation and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.)
Attention to detail and a sense of confidentiality
Nice to have:
Experience in a startup or dynamic environment
Experience in project management or process improvement
