Quality Controller & Field Coordinator
Job description
As part of his role as Quality Controller & Field Coordinator, the Worker's main mission is to work closely with all the operational managers in order to optimise the logistics processes of Happy Hours Market, from the reception of products to the loading of orders into the trucks. The objective of this function is to achieve a high level of quality and operational efficiency within Happy Hours Market, reduce credits and increase customer satisfaction, strengthening the reliability of processes at each stage of the supply chain.
Quality Management:
Process Documentation: Develop and maintain operational manuals for each key process.
Training and support: Support coordinators in the design, implementation and monitoring of training courses for operators in order to ensure the proper application of procedures and the development of teams' skills.
Thorough analysis and implementation of tools and processes that promote the quality of work, operational performance and the reduction of the credit rate.
Supervise/control the quality of product encodings (quantity, price, description, photo, location) and follow up on corrections with operators, stock managers in collaboration with the Sales team.
Follow-up of the FASFC's withdrawal of sale procedure
Follow-up and analysis of feedback: Act as a facilitator for the follow-up of employee & customer reports/feedback to coordinators, PDR coordinators and stock managers. The idea is that managers gain autonomy but that the Field Coordinator can go further in the analysis of the monitoring dashboards, and support managers in the implementation of corrective and optimization measures.
He will also have to make the other teams (sales, mkt, com, IT) aware of the problems reported, and adapt the training accordingly.
The Quality Controller ensures that all practices are followed and monitored in the field.
Line Manager : Under the direct responsibility of the Warehouse Team Manager
Profile
Prerequisites: proven experience in retail
1. Quality knowledge:
Know the quality standards
Setting up and monitoring quality procedures
Manage audits and controls
2. Analysis and problem solving:
Identify problems in processes
Finding solutions to improve quality
3. Organization and management:
Plan and monitor improvement projects
Organize work and priorities
4. Communication:
Explain quality rules to teams
Working with different departments
Ability to communicate in a clear and structured manner
5. Computer tools:
Use Excel and quality management software.
