Job description

Your mission:

You are the guarantor of the optimal management of stocks and flows of DDM dry products, while developing a real stock culture within your team.
You combine field leadership, operational rigor and a vision of continuous improvement.

Management & culture of stock management:

  • Supervise, lead and develop the skills of the team

  • Establish a reliable, rigorous and empowering stock management culture

  • Organize priorities based on volumes and operational emergencies

Operational management of flows and stocks:

  • Supervise the receipt of goods

  • Guaranteeing pallet flaming and traceability

  • Ensure reliable inventory counting and coding

  • Track and control the release of expired products

  • Ensure a qualitative facing in the pick-up area

Performance & product quality monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze operational dashboards

  • Identify refunds and implement corrective actions

  • Ensure the reporting of anomalies and product problems

  • Ensuring product quality and availability for business operations

Structuring & continuous improvement:

  • Implement and improve stock management processes

  • Adapting the organization to variable and uncontrolled flows

  • Offering solutions to gain in efficiency, reliability and speed

  • Actively participate in the construction of the standards of a growing start-up

Profile

Key skills:

  • Proven experience in field team management

  • Very strong mastery of stock management and logistics flows

  • Excellent operational rigour and attention to detail

  • Ability to structure processes in a changing environment

  • Mastery of performance monitoring tools (dashboards)

  • Retail experience is a necessity

Soft skills:

  • Proximity leadership

  • Responsiveness and adaptability

  • Analytical and solution-oriented mind

  • Sense of responsibility

  • Clear and effective communication
