For the Stomatology Department on the Baron Lambert site - located in Etterbeek,

A dental assistant (m/f/x)

Under a fixed-term contract of 3 months half-time

Your mission will be to ensure the reception of outpatients as well as the administrative follow-up of the stomatology consultation to guarantee the proper functioning of the department.

What does the job consist of?

As a dental assistant, you will be in charge of welcoming and accompanying outpatients while ensuring the efficient management of appointments. You will also assist practitioners (dentist, orthodontist, pedodontist or stomatologist) by working with four hands during interventions. As the guarantor of the organisation of the practice, you will ensure the management of stocks, the control of materials and equipment, as well as their cleaning and packaging for sterilisation. You will ensure that the boxes are kept properly after each consultation and will ensure the renewal of orders if necessary. At the same time, you will have a key role in the administrative follow-up of the service: management of patient files and management of secretarial tasks.

With excellent organizational and priority management skills, you know how to demonstrate rigor and adaptability. Your sense of service and hospitality allows you to establish a relationship of trust with patients. Discreet and respectful of confidentiality rules, you are also known for your team spirit and your ability to collaborate with your colleagues when needed.

Ideally, you have a first professional experience, particularly in a hospital environment. If you have trained as a dental assistant, this is an asset.
