Our producer store, the first in Brussels, is looking for a new person to strengthen its team.
Missions
Each day offers varied missions with opportunities to be active and take initiative. The main missions are as follows :
Customer reception : Our producer market is a friendly and inclusive place, good contact and welcome with customers are essential.
Operation of the market : customer collection, restocking of the fruit, vegetable or bulk product sections, service at the cheese counter, placing orders, receiving and unloading deliveries.
Highlighting the producers. ices : Producers are at the heart of the project. One of your roles will also be to talk to customers about the producers and their products.
Taking initiatives and proposals for improving operations : The market is constantly evolving. It is regularly necessary to change the layout or organization of the team.
Profile
Sales experience in a food store or in a fresh food department
Knowledge of or interest in alternative food circuits to mass distribution
Required skills
Team player while being autonomous and proactive
Initiative, organization and rigor
Very good customer contact, good communication; Ability to adapt to different audiences
Listening, ability to understand needs
Ability to deal with the unexpected, pragmatism
Ability to carry out several actions at the same time and manage stress
Available for weekend work (Saturday and Sunday)
