Platform and Security Specialist
Job description
As a Platform and Security Specialist, you play a key role in the evolution, reliability and governance of our Cloud platform, contributing to the implementation of scalable, secure and high-performance solutions.
You design, administer, and scale the cloud platform (AWS, databases, containers, AI services) to ensure availability, security, performance, and scalability.
You deploy and manage multi-account AWS environments using cloud architecture best practices.
You develop and automate CI/CD pipelines as well as infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, Terraform, Python, Liquibase), integrating security controls.
You will set up observability solutions, monitor platforms, anticipate incidents and manage their resolution.
You ensure the security, compliance and governance of platforms by applying access policies, data protection mechanisms and internal standards.
You collaborate with the business and technical teams to integrate non-functional requirements (security, automation, scalability) and promote best practices.
You support a team of developers, while ensuring clear documentation of DevOps infrastructures and processes.
You will contribute to the strategic evolution of the platform by identifying areas for continuous improvement and supporting innovation and data valorization initiatives.
Profile
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
You have a strong background in AWS services, including Lambda, Step Functions , and Redshift, as well as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification ( Professional certification is an asset).
You master Infrastructure as Code with AWS CDK and Python ; knowledge of Terraform is a plus.
You have proven experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools.
You are comfortable with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as with Git platforms (GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket).
You are proficient in monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, log systems) and are aware of Cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, vulnerability management).
You have knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL, as well as experience with APIs and tools such as Swagger or Postman; Agile/Scrum experience is an asset.
You are fluent in French and English.
