Technology Expert: Architect

As a Technology Expert: Architect, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of innovative initiatives developed with external technology partners, while ensuring their future integration into Partenamut's digital environment and channels.

On a daily basis: 

• You drive the design and development of innovative solutions, including initiatives that go beyond Partenamut's current ecosystem.

• You ensure the smooth integration of new solutions into the company's systems, applications and digital channels.

• You will work closely with IT, Data, Business, Product Owners and external partners to ensure alignment of the various initiatives.

• You define and develop the roadmap by ensuring that it is in line with the strategic objectives and technical constraints.

• You play a key role as an interface between the Business, IT and Data teams to ensure realistic, achievable and value-creating solutions.

• You will analyze, challenge and validate technical solutions taking into account their feasibility, costs, dependencies, compliance requirements and business needs.

• You monitor the performance and business impact of the solutions deployed, ensure the quality of the deliverables and implement a continuous improvement approach.

• You maximize value creation through efficient backlog management, control of technical debt, reduction of bottlenecks and application of "Build, Buy or Borrow" principles.

• You have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in managing products, digital projects or transformation programs in complex environments ; Experience in consulting is a strong asset.

• You have a solid understanding of digital technologies and IT delivery processes, including CRM solutions, Microsoft Dynamics and marketing tools; Knowledge of document processing solutions is a plus.

• You have concrete experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration with internal IT teams as well as with external partners.

• You are able to effectively coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• You master the management and prioritization of backlogs, reconciling business value, technical constraints and team capacity.

• You are an analytical and solution-oriented thinker, with a proactive approach to problem solving throughout the product lifecycle, and you are passionate about innovation, digital transformation and emerging technologies, and you know how to experiment pragmatically to create value.

• You are fluent in French and English ; Knowledge of Dutch is an asset. 

• You may have experience with enterprise architecture tools such as LeanIX or ArchiMate.
