Job description
Within our administrative department, you work in close collaboration with a colleague with whom you form a complementary pair. Together, you ensure the continuity and fluidity of the cooperative's internal administrative and commercial operations. Everyone has their main responsibilities, while being able to take over in case of absence. This organization is based on collaboration, versatility and information sharing. Thanks to your central position in the company, you are in contact with all the members of the team and you contribute through many and varied tasks to the smooth running of our cooperative located in Namur, and in particular:
RECEPTION:
You are the company's first point of contact, in French and Dutch
You welcome all the people who visit us,
You have a sense of contact and correctly direct emails and phone calls to the right people in the team,
COMMERCIAL SUPPORT:
In close collaboration with the Sales Manager, you create the conditions for the sales team (5 people) to function optimally : daily order encoding, customer information, delivery tracking, updates of purchase orders, prices, various files and databases, etc.
You manage the product shop located within the company.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT:
You will ensure a permanent follow-up of customer payments , both by email and by phone and prepare accounting documents in conjunction with the accountant.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT:
You are responsible for the operational management of telephony, mail and parcels,
You are in charge of validating and filing documents,
Profile
Ideally, you have successful experience in a similar position or training related to the position.
You are very good bilingual Dutch/French (min C1), both orally and in writing. Ideally a native Dutch speaker. Bilingualism is really a MUST. Knowledge of English is a plus.
You juggle with your PC and the MS-Office suite.
