Job description

Soft Skills

  • Promote Quality Excellence to the customer (high quality customer relationship & service).

  • Be attentive and attentive to the customer's needs.

  • Participate in the implementation of the store's presentation by following the standards recommended by Maison Dandoy.

  • Participate in the good presentation of the store.

  • Keep a clean and tidy workstation (stocks, worktop, kitchen, etc.).

  • Clean the store as soon as necessary (floors, shelves, counters, etc.).

  • Ensure good stock management in compliance with the FIFO/FEFO.

  • Ensure that inventory loss is minimized.

  • Identify quality-related issues and communicate them to the Store Manager and/or Store Manager Assistant.

  • Follow the procedures put in place by Maison Dandoy to the letter.

  • Comply with HACCP rules and the procedures put in place (cleaning and disinfection, pest control plan, maintenance of the cold chain, waste management, traceability methods and mandatory notification).

  • Participate in packaging processes in the ERP (Odoo).

  • Take orders using the POS system.

  • Ensure the proper management of collections.

  • Participation in the opening and/or closing of the fund.

Profile

  • Ideally have had similar experience in the HORECA sector;

  • Flexible person willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings;

  • Enthusiastic personality with communicative energy;

  • Gourmet spirit and a certain interest in quality 🍪 artisanal products;

  • Practical and pragmatic mind as well as good organization.
