Product Manager

Your challenge: build, launch and grow a new digital health product

As Product Manager - New Business, you will be responsible for the vision, launch and development of a new digital business. You will be responsible for transforming a market opportunity into a useful, high-performance and widely adopted product.

At the crossroads of business, user experience and technology, you will manage the value creation of the product and its end-to-end business model.

You define the product vision and strategy

• Build and evolve the product vision in line with Partenamut's strategic ambitions.

• Identify member needs, analyze market trends, and translate these insights into concrete opportunities.

• Define the value proposition and product development priorities.

You drive launch and adoption

• Design and execute the go-to-market strategy.

• Prepare for the transition from pilot to large-scale deployment.

• Develop levers that promote user acquisition, activation and loyalty.

• Define and track product success metrics. 

You develop a sustainable and scalable model

• Design and validate a sustainable operating model that enables the deployment of the service at scale.

• Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships that contribute to product development.

• Continuously evaluate the value creation for members and for Partenamut. 

You federate expertise around the product

• Mobilize the business, marketing, digital, legal and IT teams around a common vision.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team and create the conditions for effective collaboration.

• Ensure structured reporting to the sponsor and governance bodies. 

• Stakeholder management: institutions, hospitals and healthcare providers in the making.

You continuously improve the experience

• Leverage user feedback to enrich the value proposition.

• Prioritize product developments based on observed uses and market opportunities.

• Maintain a logic of experimentation and continuous improvement.

• You have at least 8 years of experience in the development, launch or growth of digital products and services. 

• You have led initiatives such as Product Management, New Business, Venture Building, Innovation and Business Development.

• You are able to transform a strategic vision into concrete achievements.

• You combine customer focus, entrepreneurial spirit and rigorous execution.

• You are comfortable in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.

• You know how to federate, influence and create support around an ambitious project.

• Experience in the healthcare, insurance, digital platforms or services sectors.

• Experience launching new products or services with strong adoption and growth goals.

• A strong sensitivity to user experience and value creation issues.
