Job description

Your mission
As a Public Procurement Buyer, you will play a key role in the proper management of the hospital's procurement.
Your main goal
- Analyze, manage and optimize the purchase requests of our internal departments, while ensuring full compliance with the legislation and our internal procedures.
- You will work at the heart of the organization, in direct contact with the requesting departments, the other support services, Operational Purchasing and the head of the Purchasing and Public Procurement Department.
What you will do on a daily basis
1. Preparation and follow-up of purchasing files
You will be responsible for all the steps:
- Identify needs, analyse the market and propose the appropriate procedure
- Drafting specifications, in its administrative, contractual and technical aspects in collaboration with the requesting departments
- Launch requests for tenders, analyse applications and compare offers
- Ensuring competition, conducting any negotiations
- Propose a successful bidder and notify the results
- Ensure the proper execution of contracts throughout their duration
2. Develop your expertise and participate in the life of the department
- Stay informed of legal and practical developments
- Participate in internal training and professional meetings
- Actively contribute to the atmosphere and information sharing within the department
Profile
🎓 Qualifications, knowledge and experience
- Proficient in public procurement procedures (at least two years of experience)
- Excellent writing skills
