Your role

You will take charge of the entire sales cycle on mid-market and enterprise accounts (10 M to 1 Billion €), from prospecting to closing.

In concrete terms, it will be necessary to:

  • Identify, prospect and convert new accounts (inbound and outbound).

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: qualification, demo, negotiation, closing.

  • Building lasting relationships with C-level, sustainability, purchasing decision-makers...

  • Find new ways to generate leads: outbound, partnerships, events.

  • Create a network of decision-makers in the verticals you manage.

  • Breathe AI to gain speed, accuracy and efficiency, constantly.

  • Work cross-functionally with all teams (tech/product, service, AM, finance, etc.).

  • Test, iterate, test, iterate, test... and continuously improve your approaches.

Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B mid-market or large cap sales.

  • Experience on complex sales cycles, mastering a structured methodology (MEDDIC or equivalent).

  • Ability to demonstrate concrete results obtained thanks to AI in your work (prospecting, qualification, organization, mini-app...).

  • SaaS experience appreciated.

  • Results-oriented, driven by sales and performance.

  • Ambitious and team player.

  • Curious, resilient and attentive.

Languages: fluent French and English required. Dutch is a significant asset.
