Job description

  • Identify and approach new partners

  • Supporting their launch at Happy Hours Market

  • Ensure the daily follow-up of a portfolio of partners

  • Contributing to the development of our B2B business

  • Bringing structure and quality to the commercial follow-up

Your missions:

Prospecting & Business Development

  • Identify and qualify potential new suppliers and partners

  • Search for the right contacts and the best contact channels

  • Prepare and personalize contacts according to the partner and its challenges

  • Ensure follow-ups and follow-up of discussions

  • Maintain a clear and up-to-date prospecting pipeline

  • Prepare the information and analysis necessary for meetings and business decisions

You will gradually learn to understand the different partnership models of Happy Hours Market and adapt our value proposition to the needs of each company.

Launch of new partners

Once a new partner is signed, your role does not stop at prospecting.
You will actively contribute to its onboarding and the successful launch of the collaboration:

  • Coordinate the different stages of the launch with internal teams

  • Monitor the implementation of the first collections or deliveries

  • Verify that products are received and put on sale

  • Monitor the quality of product information and report any errors

  • Track early sales performance

  • Giving feedback to the partner after the testing phase

  • Quickly identify issues and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams

The aim is to ensure a smooth transition from the commercial signature to stable operational collaboration.

Account Management & Customer Success

You will gradually take responsibility for a portfolio of partners:

  • Recently launched partners;

  • Stable accounts requiring regular monitoring;

  • Partners with intermediate potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain a regular relationship with partners

  • Respond to first-level requests and issues

  • Track the progress of their collaboration

  • Prepare business reports and follow-up points

  • Track the sales and performance of their products

  • Identify opportunities to improve or expand collaboration

  • Raise issues requiring more strategic negotiation or arbitration

You will work closely with the more senior profiles of the team on the most important accounts and negotiations.

CRM & sales follow-up

The CRM must be the source of truth for the Sales activity. In particular, you will be responsible for:

  • Keep prospect and partner information up to date

  • Document exchanges, next actions and opportunities

  • Structure reminders

  • Ensure that no business opportunity is missed

  • Gradually improve the quality and relevance of the information available

  • Contribute to the improvement of Sales monitoring tools and processes

The objective is not simply to fill a CRM, but to use it as a real sales management tool.

Business Analytics & Performance Monitoring

Understanding the numbers is an integral part of the role.

You will be required to:

  • Track your partners' product sales

  • Analyze their performance and turnover

  • Prepare the data needed for business decisions

  • Identify the products or types of products that perform particularly well or not so well

  • Use these analytics to better guide prospecting and discussions with suppliers

  • Prepare simple and understandable reports for partners

The objective is gradually to develop a commercial approach based as much on relationships as on data.

B2B Development

Happy Hours Market is also developing a B2B channel that allows certain volumes to be sold to professionals.

You will contribute to:

  • Identify and prospect new B2B buyers

  • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads

  • Prepare and send commercial offers

  • Ensure reminders and follow up on opportunities

  • Identify products relevant to the B2B channel

  • Contribute to the definition of coherent pricing

  • Track early sales and gradually develop relationships with active buyers

Coordination Sales × Ops

Our business activity is directly linked to the operational reality.

You will therefore work regularly with the logistics, administrative, e-commerce and operational teams in order to:

  • Share the information necessary for the smooth running of collaborations;

  • Follow launches and arrivals;

  • Quickly detect incidents;

  • Coordinate their resolution with the right team.

Your role is to ensure follow-up on the partner side, not to replace the operational teams responsible for physical execution.

Profile

  • You are curious and you learn quickly

  • You are naturally comfortable creating relationships

  • You're proactive and don't wait for people to tell you what to do

  • You are organized and rigorous in your follow-ups

  • You're not afraid to pick up the phone and reach out to new companies

  • You know how to be persevering without being pushy

  • You are able to move from a commercial topic to an operational or analytical topic

  • You have a real sense of service and look for solutions when something doesn't work

  • You enjoy fast-paced environments where responsibilities evolve with your skills

Your skills

  • First experience with an internship in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or in a similar sales function

  • Good oral and written communication

  • Ability to structure and track multiple opportunities simultaneously

  • Comfortable with numbers and able to interpret business data

  • Good command of Excel / Google Sheets

  • Comfortable with CRMs and digital tools

  • Interest in retail, food, e-commerce and/or the circular economy

A first experience in retail, FMCG, mass distribution or a scale-up is a plus.

Why apply?
