Who are we?

At Happy Hours Market, we fight against food waste by valorizing unsold goods from the Belgian food sector. Our mission: give products a second life while making them accessible at reduced prices.

Your role

We are looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to develop our partner network and support our growth.

Your main responsibilities:

Account Management (40%): manage and develop a portfolio of partners, monitor their performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Business Development (30%): prospect new B2B suppliers and buyers, develop opportunities, and ensure their commercial follow-up.
Analysis & CRM (20%): analyze sales performance, structure opportunity tracking, and contribute to improving our tools.
Sales & Ops Coordination (10%): support partner onboarding and ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams.

Profile

Your profile

3 to 7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial mindset, and sense of initiative.
Autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously.
Comfortable with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, and AI tools.
Fluent English essential, Dutch strongly appreciated.
Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce is a plus.
