Your role: to welcome our customers and make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible at your pick-up point. Knowing that you are the reference person at the pick-up point!

🎯 Your missions

• Prepare the collection point before opening;

• Greet customers (with a smile);

• Help them pick up their orders;

• Answer their questions;

• Manage small unforeseen events on site;

• Promptly report any issues to the HHM team;

• Be in contact with Happy Hours Market's 📞 after-sales service;

• Keep your space clean and organized;

• Leave the distribution point nickel after your shift;

🕓 Your availability

You are available at least 2 times a week, on at least one of our time slots:

• 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday and Saturday, on the Fernand Cocq, Bascule and Cimetière d'Ixelles RDPs.

• 4 p.m. – 8 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
