To make everything work, you need perfectly oiled logistics. And that's where our team of Happy Hostesses comes in. 🚀

Your role: to welcome our customers and make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible at your pick-up point. Knowing that you are the reference person at the pick-up point!

🎯 Your missions

• Prepare the collection point before opening;

• Greet customers (with a smile);

• Help them pick up their orders;

• Answer their questions;

• Manage small unforeseen events on site;

• Promptly report any issues to the HHM team;

• Be in contact with Happy Hours Market's 📞 after-sales service;

• Keep your space clean and organized;

• Leave the distribution point nickel after your shift;

🕓 Your availability

You are available at least 2 times a week, during our time slots:

• 3 pm – 7 pm, Monday to Friday

• 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday

🙋 Your profile

• You live near La Mazerine (La Hulpe / Genval / Rixensart) or you know how to get there easily;

• You are comfortable with customers;

• You are smiling and dynamic;

• You communicate easily;

• You are fast and efficient;

• You are autonomous and resourceful;

• You keep calm during rushes;

• You are reliable and punctual;

• You take care of the equipment and your workspace.

The position is open to students and Flexi-jobbers.
