Business Developer - End-of-life support

As the End-of-Life Care Activity Manager, you define and develop a comprehensive, coherent, and sustainable service offering to meet the needs of those concerned and their loved ones, while bringing together the necessary partners and expertise and guaranteeing quality, accessibility, and compliance with the ethical and regulatory framework.

On a daily basis:

• You define and implement the development strategy for the End-of-Life Care activity.

• You identify the needs of beneficiaries, their loved ones, and sector partners in order to evolve the service offering.

• You conduct the strategic and economic analyses necessary for the design and deployment of new services.

• You develop, structure, and coordinate a network of partners in the fields of health, care, personal services, and funeral services.

• You build lasting collaborations to strengthen the quality, accessibility, and relevance of the offering.

• You organize the progressive integration of the various funeral entities, ensuring the harmonization of their practices, positioning, service offerings, and operating methods.

• You ensure active monitoring of sector developments and identify opportunities to meet the emerging needs of beneficiaries.

• You coordinate the various internal expertises necessary for the development of the activity to guarantee a coherent and integrated approach.

• You build and lead a dedicated team around clear, ambitious, and measurable objectives.

• You monitor the results of the activity and propose the necessary adjustments for its development.

• You ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory framework as well as the principles of ethics, transparency, and service quality.

• You have solid experience in business development, entrepreneurship, service development, or complex project management (5 to 10 years minimum).

• You know how to carry out or coordinate strategic and economic analyses to support the development of a new activity.

• You have demonstrated experience in building partnerships and facilitating collaborative networks.

• You have experience or a strong capacity to drive post-acquisition integration dynamics, operational harmonization, or the transformation of multi-site organizations.

• You are comfortable communicating with various stakeholders and uniting them around a common ambition.

• You exercise mobilizing leadership and have a demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in service of ambitious goals.

• You are results-oriented and possess good analytical and structuring skills.

• You combine strategic vision, pragmatism, and a sense of execution.

• Knowledge of the health sectors, personal services, funeral services, care, or the social economy is an asset.
