Property Management Controller
Job description
As a real estate management controller, within the Finance department, you will directly support the newly created Real Estate Department in the structuring and financial management of a mixed real estate portfolio of around 50 buildings, which will evolve within the framework of Partenamut's strategic plan. You will manage operating costs (OPEX) and investments (CAPEX) and provide the necessary analyses for real estate decisions.
On a daily basis:
You will draw up budgets, forecasts and multi-year projections for the real estate portfolio.
You will monitor OPEX, CAPEX and strategic real estate projects, in collaboration with the Real Estate Department.
You will analyse the discrepancies between the actual and the forecasts and propose the necessary adjustments and corrective actions.
You will develop and produce reports, dashboards and real estate KPIs useful for managing the activity.
You will participate in the monthly and annual closings with Accounting and Management Control.
You guarantee the reliability of financial data and contribute to the improvement of monitoring processes and tools.
You will identify cost optimization levers and carry out simulations and profitability analyses of real estate projects.
You will work closely with the Real Estate Department and the Management Control team to ensure financial planning aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization and the Finance Department, including the follow-up of large real estate projects in progress or to come as part of Partenamut's strategic plan (budgets, forecasts, post-mortem).
Profile
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, management, or equivalent.
You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in management control and/or financial analysis, ideally in a real estate, wealth management or asset management environment.
You master accounting principles as well as budget and forecasting management, and have an interest in issues related to property management.
You are proficient in Excel at an advanced level and are comfortable with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and accounting tools.
You combine rigor, reliability, analytical skills and a spirit of synthesis.
You know how to organize your priorities and adapt in a changing environment.
You communicate with ease and enjoy collaborating with a variety of interlocutors, both financial and operational.
You are proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented, and enjoy playing a cross-functional role in advising the business.
