Business Development & Account Manager – ShiftingPact

As Business Development & Account Manager – ShiftingPact, you are responsible for the business development of the ShiftingPact program. You prospect new companies, develop your customer portfolio and support organizations throughout their certification journey in order to offer them a fluid, engaging and value-creating experience. You build lasting relationships of trust, identify opportunities to develop collaboration and promote company loyalty. You also lead the ShiftingPact community. You actively contribute to the development, continuous improvement and influence of the program.

 Your main responsibilities: 

• Develop ShiftingPact's commercial activity by identifying new opportunities, prospecting new companies, developing your customer portfolio and contributing to the achievement of growth objectives.

• Develop and retain existing accounts by building trusting relationships, identifying business needs, and offering them the most appropriate solutions at each stage of their journey.

• Manage the certification paths from start to finish, coordinate the different stages and the different stakeholders, and guarantee the respect of deadlines as well as a quality customer experience.

• Animate the ShiftingPact community through events, meetings, webinars and exchanges between members.

• Monitor key indicators of program success and contribute to its development.

• You have a Master's degree in Economics and Management, Business Engineering, Management or an equivalent education. Specialization or experience in sustainability, ESG or environmental management is an asset.

• You like to develop relationships of trust with customers, understand their challenges and identify value-creating opportunities. You have experience in business development.

• Organized, autonomous and results-oriented, you are able to manage several projects simultaneously, coordinate different stakeholders and ensure rigorous follow-up until their completion.

• You enjoy animating communities, organizing events, and creating interactions that increase business engagement.

• Comfortable with digital tools, you are proficient in Excel and are comfortable with collaborative and digital tools. Experience with WordPress, Lovable , or other no-code tools is an asset.
