Project Manager in the Technical Department (M/F/X)

As a Project Manager, you will manage renovation, conversion and new construction projects, from the definition of requirements to the acceptance of the work.

You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from small maintenance work to larger-scale projects in a demanding hospital environment.

🎯 Your missions: 

• In the context of renovation work and new constructions, you will ensure the management and successful completion of projects: qualitative technical content that meets needs, respect for budget, compliance with schedule.

• You comply  with the procedures and work instructions in force at the Clinics and the Technical Department.

🔨 Your main responsibilities:

• Manage projects from A to Z: you analyse user needs, define the functionalities of the spaces and ensure the overall monitoring of projects.

• Design and prepare the work: you carry out or supervise technical studies, plans, quantities and specifications, in compliance with the norms and standards applicable to the hospital sector.

• Manage companies and suppliers: you organise calls for tenders, participate in the selection of service providers, place orders and check invoices.

• Coordinate construction sites: you plan, coordinate and control the execution of work, lead site meetings and ensure provisional and final acceptance.

• Control budgets: you will establish budgets, monitor their evolution, control costs and manage any financial variations.

• Ensure that deadlines are met: you establish and update schedules to ensure that projects are progressing well.

• Ensure administrative follow-up: you ensure the proper maintenance of project files, the archiving of documents and reporting to the Technical Director and your superiors.

• Ensure safety: you integrate safety, risk prevention and safety and health coordination requirements at all stages of projects.

• Collaborate with the teams: you work in close collaboration with the medical, nursing and technical teams and the various external stakeholders.

🎓 Qualifications and experience required:

• You are an architect, architectural engineer (BAC +5) or construction engineer.

• Ideally, you have 5 to 10 years' experience in the construction sector, in design and/or construction.

• You hold a Health and Safety Coordinator certificate – minimum level B; this qualification is a real asset.

• You have experience in managing and coordinating project teams and subcontractors.
