The Anderlecht CPAS offers support and guidance to the most vulnerable Anderlecht residents, in various forms such as financial aid, material aid, legal advice, socio-professional support, cultural activities, etc.

It aims to bring the beneficiaries towards maximum autonomy, starting from taking into account the personal situation of each person.

The service:

The main mission of the Quality Control Department is to optimize and secure internal processes. It identifies, documents and standardizes procedures in order to strengthen their efficiency, consistency and control, while limiting errors. It ensures that they are regularly reviewed to ensure that they are appropriate to needs and requirements, in a logic of continuous improvement.

• You will control the application of administrative, legal and internal procedures in the management of files

• You check the compliance, completeness and quality of the social files of social workers

• You will monitor the turn signals of the SPP-IS

• You carry out regular checks on the practices of social workers to ensure compliance with quality standards

• You identify training needs and offer appropriate guidance or training sessions

• You make recommendations to improve the quality of work based on the results of the inspections

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work

• You have a strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• You demonstrate a high degree of adaptability and good communication skills

• Knowledge of the legislation relating to the CPAS is an asset

• You speak French and/or Dutch (TravailPour (Selor) certificate or willing to obtain it)
