Technical Officer in Social Action

The General Support Unit (CAG) is part of the first line of the Department of Social Action (DAS) of the Anderlecht CPAS. The service provides general support to people and their files, and provides social guidance.

Your mission:

• You will support social workers with cutting-edge expertise and propose concrete actions to strengthen their effectiveness

• You guarantee the reliability of social files and listings thanks to a rigorous and constructive control

• You ensure a coherent articulation between the legal framework, the political framework and the social reality, by placing the user at the centre of decisions

• You actively participate in the design and dissemination of clear working methods adapted to the challenges of the social sector

• You contribute to the implementation of the operational plan, translating the department's objectives into concrete and measurable actions

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work

• You are critical thinkers and adaptable

• You are solution-oriented

• Knowledge of the legislation relating to the CPAS is an asset

• You speak French and/or Dutch (TravailPour (Selor) certificate, or willing to obtain it)
