The Anderlecht CPAS offers support and guidance to the most vulnerable Anderlecht residents, in various forms such as financial and material aid, legal advice, socio-professional support, cultural activities, etc. It aims to bring the beneficiaries towards maximum autonomy, starting from the consideration of each person's personal situation.

The General Support Unit is part of the front line of the Department of Social Action (DAS). The service provides general support for people, the management of their files and provides individualised guidance.

• You welcome, listen to and inform the users of the CPAS

• You analyse and process applications relating to the right to integration and social assistance

• You will provide guidance, follow-up and social assistance

• You will be responsible for the administrative management of files

• You work in collaboration with the various stakeholders

• You comply with the working rules and procedures, deadlines, standards, regulations and legislation in force

• You respect the principles of professional conduct and ethics 

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work

• You are ethical and able to cooperate with various profiles

• You are results/solution oriented

• You are proactive, autonomous and organized

• You have good emotional intelligence

• Knowledge of the legislation relating to the CPAS is an asset

• You speak French and/or Dutch (TravailPour (Selor) certificate or willing to obtain it)
