🎯 Your missions:

• You master the processes related to immuno-haematological analyses as well as the activities of a hospital blood bank.

• You master the various laboratory analysis techniques.

• You actively participate and get involved in the quality approach of the blood bank.

• You will supervise and train the trainees.

✨ Your activities:

• You will ensure the pre-analytical management of samples: reception, preservation, centrifugation, aliquoting and storage.

• You carry out the analyses carried out within the Blood Bank and ensure their technical validation in accordance with the procedures in force.

• You will participate in the maintenance and proper functioning of the laboratory's equipment.

• You will contribute to activities supporting the analytical activity: metrology, alarm monitoring, archiving, etc.

• You will participate in the continuous improvement of the laboratory, in particular by reporting incidents, suggestions for improvement and updating procedures.

• You will manage Labile and Stable Blood Products and comply with transfusion rules.

• You actively participate in the haemovigilance processes.

• You share your expertise in immuno-haematology with the care teams involved in the transfusion process.

• You welcome, supervise and support the trainees.

• You adapt to new technologies and changes in professional practices.

🎓 Qualifications and experience required:

•  Laboratory Technologist Accreditation and VISA
