Stretcher-bearer/ambulance driver specialized in pediatric and neonatological transport (M/F/X)

As a stretcher-bearer / paramedic specialising in paediatric and neonatal transport, you will ensure the safe transport of patients during non-urgent internal and inter-hospital transfers, in close collaboration with:

• paediatric and neonatal intensive care units,
• medical and logistics teams,
• families and accompanying persons.
  

🎯 Your missions

As a stretcher-bearer :

• Transport of patients within the hospital (adult or paediatric),
• Delivery of blood and derivatives to protected areas under the regulatory conditions,
• Transportation to the bone bank,
• Care of deceased patients and transport of associated documents to the funeral home.

As a paramedic specializing in pediatric and neonatological transport:

• Inter-hospital 🚨 transport
  • Safe ambulance driving according to protocols (code 3, alarms, etc.),
  • Planning of optimised routes in connection with regulation,
  • Guarantee of comfortable transport adapted to non-urgent but fragile patients.
• Vehicle preparation & inspection
  • 🔧Regular checking of on-board equipment, monitoring devices, defibrillators and first aid equipment,
  • Systematic disinfection after each transport.
• Inventory management
  • 📦Monitoring and replenishment of medical consumables,
  • Participation in the preventive maintenance of the equipment.
• Documentation & coordination 📝
  • Completion of checklists and reports,
  • Reporting of technical or logistical anomalies,
  • Seamless collaboration with hospital departments to ensure seamless handover.

📚 Qualifications and experience required 

• Driving licence B 
• Certificate of Upper Secondary Education (CESS) or equivalent
• Imperative: Non-Emergency Transport Ambulance Certificate (ATNUP)
• Experience in medical transport
• Fluency in French
